Under Indian law, your legal father’s adoption makes you his heir, regardless of your biological father. A DNA test showing your uncle’s biological paternity is irrelevant for inheritance purposes in this case. Your mother’s acceptance of the biological truth does not affect your legal claim to your adopted father’s property.
