My cousin is having a disagreement with his parents about some land. His grandfather had bought it, and his father inherited it through a will. Does my cousin have any claim to the property?

Under Indian law, unless there’s a specific clause in the will granting your cousin a share or his father gifted him the land, your cousin likely has no claim to the property. Inheritance is governed by the will, and your cousin’s disagreement with his parents doesn’t supersede the legal inheritance process.
