Is a younger brother entitled to a share in his unmarried elder brother’s property, even if the elder brother acquired it solely with his own earnings?

Under Indian law, an unmarried elder brother’s property is his personal estate, and he has the right to bequeath it as per his wishes. A younger brother is not automatically entitled to a share unless the elder brother specifically includes him in his will or through intestate succession rules if there is no will.
