You can file a complaint with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) regarding the unfair denial of parking access based on your NRI status and the secretary’s misuse of society resources. You can also approach the consumer forum for redressal of your grievance regarding non-transparent functioning and financial irregularities.
