If a boy’s maternal uncle’s daughter is considered a Sapinda according to Hindu Law? I need some clarification on this. Could you please advise?

Under Hindu Law, a maternal uncle’s daughter is not considered a Sapinda. Sapinda relationship is traced through the father’s side and includes lineal descendants and their spouses up to five generations.
