Based on your situation, you have legal grounds to claim your share of the ancestral property. You can file a case in court against your aunt for breach of trust and seek recovery of the sale proceeds. You may also need to prove the property was ancestral and that you were a minor when the sale took place, which could be grounds for setting aside the transaction.
