You have a strong case based on the builder’s breach of contract and misrepresentation. The builder’s refusal to refund your booking amount after selling the same flat to another buyer is a clear violation of the agreement. You should consult a lawyer immediately to file a legal case for recovery of your booking amount with interest and compensation for the builder’s breach.
