You can advise your friend to send a legal notice demanding payment within a reasonable timeframe. If the company still fails to pay, your friend can file a civil suit in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover the payment, including any damages incurred.

I joined as an RPF Constable on 1st November 2014. After completing my initial training, during practical training, I was falsely accused under IPC 354 and POCSO Act sections 11(1) and 12. I was arrested on 29th October 2015 and got bail on 16th November 2015. Even though my case was still pending in court, I was discharged on 19th May 2016. Finally, on 4th January 2017, the court acquitted me due to benefit of doubt. Can I get my job back now? Please guide me.
