My employer is deducting bond money from my salary, even though I’ve completed the terms of the bond as a software developer. They didn’t provide any training, and won’t share a copy of the bond. They say I signed it, so I have to pay. I’ve repeatedly asked for an explanation, but they either ignore me or give vague answers. What should I do?

You have the right to a copy of the bond agreement and a clear explanation of the deductions. Contact the Labour Department or a lawyer to understand your legal options, including challenging the bond’s validity or the deductions if they are unjustified. Consider sending a formal legal notice demanding the bond copy and cessation of deductions.
