I’ve been with my current company since May 2015. After a year, they sent me to China with the factory head for a 5-day training program. They made me sign a bond, saying I’d have to transfer to another branch for 1-2 months after the training. I agreed and signed. Now, they’re saying I have to stay at this branch permanently, and I’m not comfortable with that. My family is in Mumbai, and my 2-year-old daughter needs medical attention. My wife is alone and can’t take her to the hospital daily. What should I do?

You can legally challenge this situation. The bond you signed might be considered void if it doesn’t specify a specific branch or location. You can seek legal counsel to negotiate a reasonable solution, highlighting your family’s situation and the lack of clear terms in the bond agreement.
