You can send a formal written notice of resignation reiterating your one-month notice period and offer to pay for the remaining two months. You can also request a formal relieving letter. If the company refuses to provide it, you can seek legal recourse by filing a case under the Industrial Disputes Act or the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
