I worked for a company in India between 2008 and 2015. They gave me a final settlement statement in 2016 but haven’t paid it yet. This includes leave encashment, gratuity, and salary. What should I do to get my dues?

You can send a legal notice demanding payment within a specific time frame. If they fail to respond or comply, you can file a case in the appropriate labor court under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and the Gratuity Act, 1972, to claim your dues.
