You have grounds to pursue legal action against Miric Biotech Ltd. under the Payment of Wages Act and the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner in Delhi and consider filing a civil suit for recovery of wages and expenses.
