You can file a complaint with the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) or the Cyber Crime Cell. Since this involves online fraud, you can also file a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Include details of the company, your communication records, and the amount paid.
