The processing time for a Spouse Visa after marriage can vary, but it typically takes 6-8 months. Your existing 10-year US Tourist visa can be used for travel between India and the US while your Spouse Visa is pending. A Fiancé visa process can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months, depending on the individual case.
