You can try to reach out to her through legal means, such as filing a habeas corpus petition in court to ensure her safe release and access to communication. You can also seek legal advice regarding your marriage options and the possibility of a court-ordered marriage if her family continues to oppose it.

But the SDM raised unnecessary issues, demanding witnesses from our families, which isn’t required by law and isn’t possible for us. She rejected our application. We raised our concerns with the DM, who instructed the SDM to process our request and clarify her doubts. However, when we returned, her office was closed, and she refused to process our application. This led to a heated discussion, and we’re worried she might create more problems. What can we do to get our marriage processed smoothly?

Our family has a joint property, registered in the names of my grandfather and his brother, covering 14,000 square feet. My grandfather has six children (four brothers and two sisters), and my grandmother has passed away. His brother has two daughters, and his wife is still alive.
