Under Indian law, a properly executed and notarized General Power of Attorney (GPA) is generally admissible in court. Your religious affiliation as a Muslim does not impact the validity of the GPA.

Namaste! I passed my 10th in 2009 and 12th in 2011. There’s a mistake in my 12th certificate – my father’s name is written as “AND KISHORE BHATTI”, but it should be “NAND KISHORE BHATTI”. Also, my 10th certificate has my father’s name as “NAND KISHOR” and my mother’s as “SHANTA”. The correct names, as per their IDs, are “SHANTA BHATTI” and “NAND KISHORE BHATTI”.
