My husband and I have been married for over a decade under the Christian Marriage Act. However, our relationship has been marred by abuse, lies, and deception. I discovered he misrepresented his age and marital status before we wed. He even had another woman’s name listed as his spouse in his passport when we married. Can I legally challenge our marriage based on this fraud? Could he be charged with bigamy? I want to end this painful relationship, but he refuses to grant me a divorce. I need guidance on how to proceed legally.
