In India, filing a police complaint after a mutual consent divorce agreement is unlikely to be successful. As the divorce was agreed upon, and the first hearing has already occurred, focusing on enforcing the financial terms of the agreement through legal channels like pursuing the remaining 10 lakhs through the court is the recommended course of action.
