I quit my job on April 25th and my notice period was until June 25th. However, the company barred me from entering the factory on May 1st. When I asked for an explanation, they accused me of deleting data from my laptop, which isn’t true. After several emails, they finally offered a final settlement, but they’re claiming I owe them ₹8,000 after manipulating the calculations. They’re still insisting I deleted data, even though I submitted everything I was supposed to.
