Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum against both Lenovo and the service center. You can approach the District Consumer Forum if the value of your smartphone is below INR 20 lakhs, or the State Consumer Forum if it’s above INR 20 lakhs.
