Since ShopClues has failed to deliver the TV within the promised timeframe, you have the right to cancel the order and demand a full refund under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You can send a legal notice demanding the refund within 15 days of the promised delivery date, and if they still don’t respond, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
