You must file a counter-appeal within 30 days of receiving the notice of appeal from the National Consumer Forum. You can also seek legal representation to prepare a strong response and argue your case effectively.

My family booked a home under a scheme in July 2008, promised for July 2011. We made full payment and got the lease deed in July 2013, but still haven’t received the keys. They later emailed saying I need to send them a filled KYC form, IDs, and an authorization letter to receive my order. They said this was mandatory from September 1st and that not sending the documents would delay delivery. But when I ordered, they didn’t mention anything about KYC or authorization letters. Now they’ve sent my order back to Hong Kong! What can I do?
