My Amazon order, a memory card costing around ₹900, was delivered while I was away. I told the delivery person I’d pick it up later, but got a message saying it was delivered. No one at home received it, and Amazon isn’t acknowledging the issue. Can I take legal action for this?

Under Indian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to file a complaint against Amazon for non-delivery of goods. You can seek compensation for the price of the memory card and any consequential losses. However, since you acknowledged receiving the order, proving non-delivery will be challenging.
