I purchased some goods from a local supplier, but he also got some items from me. We exchanged invoices, but a few of the products I received were faulty. We don’t have a formal agreement, just these invoices. What can I do to resolve this?

You can attempt to amicably resolve the issue with the supplier by highlighting the faulty goods and seeking a replacement or refund. If that fails, you can initiate a legal claim in a consumer court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to seek compensation for the faulty goods.
