Visit the official Bhoomi Online website at https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/Service11/MR_MutationExtract.aspx
Select “Services” and click on “View RTC & MR”
Click on “MR” (Mutation Register)
Choose the District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey Number from the drop-down menu
Click on “Fetch details” to view and download the Mutation Extract
