Thinking of buying a flat in a partially built apartment complex directly from the landowner? The project is nearing completion, with about 80% of work done. I’m curious about the legal aspects of this deal, like the agreement, verifying ownership, checking for approvals, and if there are any ongoing legal disputes. Since the builder isn’t involved, should I go ahead and book with the landowner?
