Under Indian law, you have the right to a peaceful environment. You can file a complaint with the local pollution control board and the municipal corporation against Bhagirathi Lai Poha Gramo Udhyog for noise, vibration, and air pollution. You can also seek legal recourse to stop the nuisance and claim damages for any damage caused to your property.
