Our family owns a 70-year-old building in Mumbai with 7 apartments, all rented out for years. The current rent is very low, around ₹350. We’re wondering if we can legally ask the tenants to vacate now. The building is in our grandfather’s name, and we want to know if we can divide it among his children, including our share of one apartment.
