My uncle sold a small plot of agricultural land to someone we didn’t know, without telling the rest of the family. This stranger built a house and is now causing trouble. Can we get him to leave? My nephew, who’s 22, wants to file a case to divide the property. Could this work, based on the Transfer of Property Act?
