Under Indian law, societies cannot promise double parking without local authority permission. Building a swimming pool without permission is illegal and potentially hazardous. You have a right to hold the association accountable and can consider legal action, such as filing a complaint with the local authority and/or pursuing legal remedies to protect your interests.
