You can send a legal notice to the Patwari demanding correction of the wrong entry in the khasra girdawari, citing the relevant sections of the Indian Registration Act and the Land Revenue Code. You can also file a complaint with the concerned revenue authorities and seek a formal inquiry into the matter.
