My grandmother was an only child, and my father, who had limited means, lived with my grandparents and helped manage their ancestral property. However, my brother forged a will in 1996, claiming the entire property for himself and forging my grandfather’s signature. This property wasn’t earned by my grandfather, it was passed down through generations. My grandfather passed away in 1998, and my father in 2008. My mother, who is still living, believes we daughters should also inherit the property. Can we legally challenge the forged will with my mother’s support?
