My grandmother passed away 15 years ago after granting a builder irrevocable power of attorney to develop our property. However, the builder hasn’t started construction yet. Can I revoke this power of attorney now, and if so, under which legal section? Also, does an irrevocable power of attorney automatically expire after the grantor’s death, and if yes, under what legal provision?
