As your grandfather died intestate (without a will), the property will be divided among his legal heirs, including you and your aunts, based on the Hindu Succession Act. You can challenge the sale if it’s not done with your consent and have a right to claim your share in the property. However, the legal process and your specific share depend on the details of the family structure and the law applicable to your state. Consulting a lawyer for specific advice is recommended.
