My grandfather passed away without leaving a will. He owned a single house. My grandmother also passed away. My father has one sister. Will my aunt get a share of the house? If yes, how much? I have a brother. Will we inherit from our grandfather’s house, or from our father’s share? Please explain.

Yes, your aunt will receive a share of the house as your grandfather died intestate. She will inherit an equal share to your father, meaning they will each receive half of the house. You and your brother will inherit your father’s share, which is half the house.
