My grandfather had two sons and four daughters. He wrote a will in 1983 giving his self-acquired property to his sons. My father, the elder son, passed away in November 2005. Now, my grandfather’s daughters want a share of my father’s property, even though it was already given to my grandfather. What are my aunts’ legal rights? My uncle has already sold his share of the property.
