The land is considered self-acquired property as you inherited it and obtained a 32M certificate after paying the landlord. You have the right to will this land to anyone, including someone outside the family, as it is your self-acquired property. Your son and daughter have no legal claim to this land as you are free to dispose of it as per your wishes.
