My father passed away, leaving behind a house for my two brothers, two sisters, and myself. The court awarded me a 25% share, each of my other brothers received 25%, and the remaining 25% went to my father’s share. I bought out one brother’s 25% share and he signed the legal documents transferring his portion to me. However, this brother is still living in the house and refuses to move out. How can I legally claim my 55% share (my 25%, the 25% I purchased, and 5% of my father’s share) of the house?
