My father passed away in 2004, leaving behind 25 acres of ancestral farmland that was shared among his five brothers. Recently, one of my uncles divided the land without informing me or seeking my consent. My brother received a share, but I was left out. As a married woman, can I still claim my rightful share of the property? I would be grateful for any advice you can offer.

Yes, you can claim your rightful share of the ancestral property, regardless of your marital status. Under Hindu Succession Act, you are entitled to a share in the property as a coparcener. Your uncle’s division of the land without your consent is invalid. You can approach the court to claim your share of the property.
