My father gifted our family land to my sister and me while he was ill. After his passing, I paid my sister her share and legally transferred the entire property into my name. However, she’s now claiming ownership in court, even though I have the original documents. How can I resolve this situation and ensure the property remains mine?

You should present the original gift deed and the transfer deed to the court. You should also provide proof of payment to your sister for her share of the land. The court will consider these documents and evidence to determine the rightful ownership of the property.
