My father built a two-story house on a portion of our family land in 2002. The land is primarily in my grandmother’s name. My uncle has been living there since then, making decisions without consulting anyone else. My father, being the elder brother, never wanted to upset him. He built the house honestly, using only a third of the land. Sadly, my father passed away recently, leaving us without any income. My uncle refuses to register the property in my mother’s name, despite our situation, and even physically assaulted my grandfather. What can we do?
