My father bought land from someone five years ago, but only part of it was registered in his name. The rest remains unregistered. The previous owner’s son is now filing a claim. We have the sale deed and other documents. What should we do?

You should immediately file a suit for specific performance and injunction against the previous owner’s son to enforce the sale deed. Additionally, ensure the unregistered portion of the land is registered in your father’s name to strengthen your claim. Consult a lawyer for specific legal advice and strategy.
