My father and mother passed away without leaving a will. We are four siblings, three brothers and myself, the sister. We are all married. My older brother’s wife managed to get one of our parents’ properties transferred to her name without our knowledge or consent. She apparently used a fake will to convince the authorities and now we are stuck. What can we do to reclaim our rightful inheritance?

You can challenge the transfer of property based on the fraudulent will. You can file a case in a civil court for a declaration that the will is fake and for partition of the property among the legal heirs, which are you and your three brothers. You need to gather evidence to prove that the will is a forgery and that you were not informed about the transfer.
