Under Indian law, your father can transfer the ancestral property to you without your sisters’ consent if he is the sole owner. However, since it’s ancestral property, your sisters have a legal right to a share, and the transfer may be challenged later. It’s advisable to consult a lawyer to ensure a legally sound transfer and address your sisters’ potential claims.
