My father and I jointly bought a plot in August 2016. Now in June 2019, he’s asking the court to remove my name from the property records. Since we don’t have enough investment proofs, could this happen? I’m also physically living on the plot.

Indian law protects joint property rights. Removing your name without your consent and sufficient evidence of your father’s sole ownership is unlikely. Your physical possession of the property further strengthens your claim.
