You should immediately file a formal complaint with the police and seek legal counsel. The police are obligated to investigate the assault and property seizure, while a lawyer can assist you in challenging the fraudulent property registration and securing justice against the accused and their accomplice. You should also consider filing a civil suit for damages caused by the assault and wrongful possession of your property.
