My family and I bought a plot of land, and the purchase agreement is registered. Unfortunately, a neighbour has encroached on our land and built a house, partially on our property. How can I file a complaint to get back the land that rightfully belongs to us?

You can file a civil suit for “trespass” and “ejectment” in a civil court, presenting your registered purchase agreement as proof of ownership. The court will order the neighbor to remove the encroaching structure and restore your land.
