The EOW sealing the builder’s office doesn’t automatically mean your building will be sealed. As your flat is fully registered and construction is 80% complete, the EOW is unlikely to interfere with your property. However, monitor the situation closely and consult a lawyer to understand the implications of the builder’s arrest and potential impact on the project completion.
