Living in a cooperative housing society, we’ve noticed some neighbors parking their cars directly below our windows, disrupting our peace. This area isn’t designated for parking. How can we legally request them to stop?

You can first approach the society’s managing committee, citing the society’s rules and by-laws which likely prohibit unauthorized parking. If the issue persists, you can send a formal notice to the offending neighbors, and if necessary, file a complaint with the local authorities or the registrar of the cooperative society.
